We will have a dedicated Family Zone this year, which is a staffed space designed for parents and children to hang out, take a break from the festival, and have easy, stress-free access to the essentials, including toilets that are safer for the little ones. There will be dedicated children’s entertainment to keep the kids happy and engaged, and a parents’ room onsite, for anyone who needs a changing table, or a place to breastfeed and to breast pump.
If you’re bringing a little one and would like someone to collect them early so you can continue enjoying the event, you can arrange for someone to pick them up before 8pm. On the day, bring your child to the Info Tent and wait with them while the person collecting your child makes their way to the Box Office at the entry. You can then escort your child to the Box Office to be safely handed over.
Please note that children cannot be left in the care of staff at any time, so a parent or guardian must remain with their child until the handover is complete.
Accessibility
Everybody deserves to experience live music, and we’re always doing our best to make the festival as accessible and inclusive as possible. You can see all of our accessible info here. If you would like to request access to any of the listed accommodations, please complete the Strummingbird Accessibility Request Form.

There’ll be official Strummingbird and artist merch at the Merchandise Tent on the day. Want it sooner? You can also shop online before (and after) the festival and rock your new merch IRL at Strummingbird by clicking the button below!

Ticketing
Ticket Resale Options
Missed out or can’t make it? No worries, here are your options for reselling or transferring your ticket safely:
Moshtix Resale
Log into your Moshtix account and use the resale tool to generate a unique link. Share it with someone you know or post it online, whoever has access to the link can buy the ticket directly from you. Once purchased, the ticket moves to their account, a new barcode is generated, and your old one is cancelled. You’ll then receive a refund (minus service fees).
Tixel
List your unwanted ticket on Tixel’s platform for public resale. If your ticket sells, Tixel will process your refund directly. You’ll need to use the Moshtix Assign feature to transfer the ticket to your buyer (see details below) (as Moshtix no longer generates pdf tickets) and then upload the confirmation to Tixel.
Moshtix Assign
If your mate has already paid you to grab them a ticket or you sold your ticket through Tixel, use the Assign tool to transfer your ticket straight to their account. Log into your account and go to ‘manage my tickets’. You’ll then be able to assign a particular ticket or multiple tickets to someone else’s email.
Moshtix Ticket Return (only available once your location is sold out)
If you can’t find a buyer yourself and your location is sold out, you can return your ticket to Moshtix. We’ll list it for sale on your behalf, and if it sells, you’ll receive a refund (minus service fees).
Still unsure? You can find Moshtix’s FAQ’s here and Tixel’s FAQ’s here
Payment Plan
Ticket Confirmation / After Purchasing
Tickets will be sent out closer to the event date to help avoid fake tickets being generated and sold. When you purchase, you should still receive your order confirmation to your email, but if you haven’t got that, head to your Moshtix account and select ‘Help with this order’.
Third Party Ticket Resellers
If you need to buy or sell a ticket after the general release is sold out, you can do so through Moshtix or Tixel’s resale tools.
Selling tickets through any third-party website, including Viagogo, Facebook, Gumtree, and eBay, goes against the Strummingbird ticket T&Cs. We recommend against buying tickets from the above third-party platforms as there’s no guarantee or way to validate that they’re legit.
Strummingbird staff and security cannot accept illegitimate and invalid tickets.
Companion Cards
If you hold a valid National Companion Card and purchase a General Admission ticket to Strummingbird, you will receive a complimentary ticket for your companion or carer. You’ll need to purchase the paid ticket to the event through Moshtix as usual and then follow the below steps:
- Once your order is confirmed, go into your Moshtix account, under Manage My Tickets and select ‘Get Help With This Order’
- On the help form, follow the prompts for accessibility and companion card
- Select ‘I’d like help with my order’ as the category, and for the Topic, select ‘I need help with accessibility or a companion card’. For the subtopic, select ‘I need help booking with a companion card’
- In the message section, please provide your Companion Card number and Expiry.
- Once verified, Moshtix will issue a complimentary Companion Card ticket to match the paid ticket to the email used for your original purchase.
Purchasing a Ticket
Moshtix is the official and only ticketing outlet for Strummingbird 2026 and Tixel can be trusted for resale tickets. If you see Strummingbird tickets being sold anywhere else, there is no way for us to validate them. We highly recommend creating a Moshtix account before tickets go on sale, so you can keep track of confirmations and save yourself time when buying tickets.
You can purchase up to 10 tickets at a time.
Privacy Policy
Please find our privacy policy, cookie policy and youth policy here.

Hidden Disabilities
Strummingbird is proud to be a part of the global Hidden Disabilities Sunflower network. The Hidden Disability Sunflower is a tool to voluntarily share that you have a hidden disability. By wearing a Sunflower, you’re just letting our staff know that you might need extra help, understanding, or just more time. Our security and event staff team at Strummingbird are trained to recognise the Hidden Disability Sunflower and assist where needed.
What is a hidden disability? While some of us experience a disability that is visible, many of us have a non-visible disability that is not immediately apparent to others. These can be temporary, situational or permanent. They can be neurological, cognitive and neurodevelopmental as well as physical, visual, auditory and including sensory and processing difficulties. They also include respiratory, rare diseases and chronic conditions such as asthma and diabetes. For more information on Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, head to https://hdsunflower.com/au/
